We know it's hard to trust us when we say to "pack light" for your international trip to Japan but this should convince you. This is a photo of what is provided at the Hotel Mystays Premier Narita. They include a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shave gel, hairbrush, hair ties, shower cap, lotion, facial wash, and toner in addition to the basics such as shampoo, soap, conditioner, and a blow dryer. We weren't kidding when we said the hotels provide all the toiletries you will need for your travels.

We were so busy having fun in Kyoto with @yasielpu

We were so busy having fun in Kyoto with @yasielpuig and his guests that we didn’t get a chance to share what we were doing! After riding the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Kyoto, we went to Ryoanji Temple, with it’s famous rock garden, and the Golden Pavillion (Kinkaku-ji). The rain didn’t take away from the beauty of these places. The next morning we went to Fushimi Inari, and did a Sake Brewery tour with museum and tasting @gekkeikansake. Each of these spots were specially picked for this tour while we were planning with @fancation. We think the sake brewery was a hit!

Hakone with @yasielpuig was such a dream. We could not have asked for a more amazing day. Mt Fuji was showing off for our guests. We can’t pick whether it was the torii gate ⛩ on Lake Ashi, Owakundani Valley, the pirate ship across the lake, or the traditional style ryokan that we stayed with onsens that was our favorite. @yasielpuig and @fancation what was your favorite part of Hakone? .

Day 2 in Tokyo with @yasielpuig was nothing short

Day 2 in Tokyo with @yasielpuig was nothing short of amazing. We mostly followed our typical Tokyo guided day tour. Tokyo Tower, Ginza with a kusiage lunch, and Asakusa. We added in a river cruise down Sumida River. We finished the night off with go karting through the streets of Tokyo!

Shirakawa-go in the Gifu prefecture is a very popular and picturesque place to visit. There you will find a village steeped in history with hundreds of year old houses with thatched triangular roofs or "Gassho-zukuri". Some homes are open to the public for viewing and others have accomodation available. As one of UNESCO's World Heritage Sites we believe it is an amazing cultural experience that shouldn't be missed. What a great first day we had in Tokyo with @yasie

What a great first day we had in Tokyo with @yasielpuig, @wildhorsefdn and @fancation! Our guide has built such a great business relationship with this sumo stable they agreed to teach Yasiel some sumo moves. Then, he spent time with the local Little League Champions, hosted by @mlbjapan. We finished our day with a traditional sumo wrestler meal, chanko nabe!
